This can wait until it is needed for some particular LilyPond construct - the one I hit did not require it after all.

Since you cannot have two \with {} blocks we need exportlilypond.c to be able to put staff-prefix fields inside a single \with {} block (creating it if it is not already present).
I think we have the DENEMO_OVERRIDE_AFFIX field free for directing the Lilypond generation to do this with the staff-prefix field.
With this users can set various \with properties independently.
Alternative: prevail on the LilyPond devs to allow multiple \with {} blocks.
