It is a built-in, they all return #f
I don't think there is any prospect of working on this for now. A wrapper function that called d-RemoveNoteFromChord and then checked for the number of notes could be written though.

(d-RemoveNoteFromChord) should return #t if it deleted a note and #f if not.

This can be used then to create a "Change a change to rest" no matter how many chordmembers there were.
