Insert Timesig itself has no undo at all, no matter how many staffs.

This is because of evil code in dnm_deleteobject which instead of deleting one object goes off removing the other time signatures. Such hardwiring at the low level is bad.
I can easily remove it. But perhaps we would want a hook when deleting timesigs, keysigs - perhaps standalone directives too? - so that a scheme script can do whatever is needed.
Easiest of course would be a hook for delete, but that would slow down all deletes. Possible also would be coding the extra timesig removal at the higher stage, so that it is undone by undo.

If you delete a timesig Denemo will delete in all measures at once, which is fine.
If you do undo it only restores one, the one you actively deleted.
