This was only the case for procedures from psyntax. This has been fixed now in git.

The arg names in the return value of `program-arguments-alist' are, for some procedures, pretty ugly. For instance, for `macroexpand' one gets:

  ((required #{\x\\\ 3847}#) (optional #{\m\\\ 3849}# #{\esew\\\ 3851}#) (keyword) (allow-other-keys? . #f) (rest . #f))
