Fixed this back before 2.2.1 was released. Should be all set.

In our effort to add all those snazzy warnings for when an unreadable file was opened, this was also applied to the case where we insert text from a file but don't open a buffer for it. Should be an easy fix but need to rest, so will take a look tonight.
