Both things you posted only show the dependencies you are missing. Install the dependencies first.

What version of denemo are you trying to compile. Denemo now uses pkg-config to configure the lib path and CFLAGS. guile-config should not be needed. Just install the guile-1.8.pc and let pkg-config do its work.
