Up to SWF7 bitmap fills should not be smoothed unless _quality is set to "BEST".

The attached testcase shows the problem.
The background grid is a bitmap fill.
The circle is a vector with solid fill, the text
is embedded.

Circle and text are there to show that antialiasing
is in effect at 'high' quality, but bitmap smoothing isn't.

Smoothing bitmaps drastically decreases performances
of the AGG renderer.
