Mon 19 Mar 2012 05:01:47 PM UTC, comment #1: In recent versions of TeXmacs (e.g. 1.0.7.15) there is a focus menu which allows to navigate among similar tags. In particular you can navigate all the sections tags. I close this item. Please reopen if you think some different navigation is necessary.
