regexprops.texi is now generated with FDL 1.2.

I've updated the license on perm.texi.   The file regexprops.texi still needs to be dealt with, though.

I guess the easiest way would be to dual-license regexprops.c (and the generated regexprops.texi) as GPL/FDL, since the licenses are not compatible.

Upstream source for doc/perm.texi is coreutils.  It is indeed GFDL 1.2.    I've prepared a patch to label it as such.   That patch was emailed to -email is unavailable- a few minutes ago.

regexprops.texi is a generated file (from lib/regexprops.c in findutils).  I have yet to determine the right course of action for that file.    I also notice that the derived file regexprops-generic.texi in gnulib has diverged.  I've started a dialogue with the gnulib developers on how the file should be maintained.

I believe that to fix this bug we still need:
1. To distribute version 1.2 of the FDL with findutils
2. To clarify the license of regexprops.texi (in a compatible way)

Both doc/regexprops.texi and doc/perm.texi do not contain any information about their license/copright. I strongly suspect they are copyright FSF and licensed under FDL1.2 or later.

(Split off bug from 21632)
