Added code to make the initial knobs red.  This might become a configurable/preferences item later. GJC

From what I have observed, Gorm uses black knots to indicate a container view is selected and gray knots to indicate a simple view is selected. It would be really nice to make this visual difference more clear because it is hard to make a distinction between dark gray and black. imho, it also gives the bad impression that the selection is implemented in an inconsistent way (the subtle variation may be perceived like a small drawing bug).
Using two different colors or a different border style would solve the problem. By a different border style, I mean something similar to what IB does when you edit the internal part of a container.
Another solution could be to remove this visual feedback which is perhaps not really important and uses a single knot style.
