In CLtL2, there is an example of how to construct two packages,
each in its own file but using functions from the other:

http://www.cs.cmu.edu/Groups/AI/html/cltl/clm/node120.html
(Alchemy + Phlogiston).

I couldn't get it to compile with gcl. Is it possible? If so, how?
Is there a working example somewhere?
