Compiling the attached file test.scm yields the following error:

;Reference to open procedure: #[liar:procedure 11 lambda-3]

fg.txt shows the flow graph displayed with (SHOW-FG).  I am afraid I'm
insufficiently wizardly to debug the compiler myself, though.
