Just a temporary problem. Don't mind.

Using Opera 8.0 (build 7561) unregistered, running on Win2K SP4 through the AOL 9.0 Security Edition Dialer, (yup, it's gone as soon as I can figure out dialing under Linux),
when I visit
www.gnu.org/software/grub
and click on the link entitled
"Grub Wiki" (http://www.autistici.org/grub)
I get the following error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /grub on this server.

The browser tab reads: 403 Forbidden (which I assume is the HTTP error)

It's 12:37AM EST on May 30, 2005, and I started attempting this about 12:15.
